Option #1: Mexican Cooking Experience

Prepare sumptuous Mexican specialties - including guacamole - alongside seasoned chefs providing insight into longstanding cooking techniques, ingredients and cultural traditions from Mexico and the Riviera Maya. You’ll learn how to work with ancestral Mexican cookware and tailor your dish to your personal preference. Enjoy a curated selection of cocktails, wine and beer as you prepare and indulge in your delicious meal. Duration: Approximately 3 hours, plus a 25 minute transfer each way. The class departs Secrets at 10:30am, returns around 2:30. 

Please note: Maximum number of participants in the class is 16, and will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis. Please advise if you have any food allergies or restrictions.

What to wear/bring: comfortable clothes and shoes, bring money for souvenirs.

Option #2: Delphinium Dolphin Experience [FULL]

Enjoy an "Experience of a Lifetime": the thrill of gently swimming next to these beautiful dophins, experience their power and grace as they push you through the water by your feet or jump over you! A portion of the water time will also be dedicated to some “free time”, where you can interact more spontaneously with the dolphins allowing everyone a very personal experience. Duration: About 60 minutes in the water, plus orientation and transfer time of 30 minutes each way. Transfer departs Secrets at 10:45am, returns around 1:30pm.

What to wear/bring: swimsuit, sandals, hat, biodegradable sunblock; bring a change of clothes, money for souvenirs.

Option #3: Rio Secreto - Underground River

Experience one of the most incredible natural marvels found in the Riviera Maya! Walk and swim an easy 600-meter route in this ancient, magical subterranean world amidst the thousands of calcified stalactites and stalagmites found in this protected natural reserve. Lunch included. Duration: 3 1/2 hours + approximately 35 minutes transfer each way. Transfer departs Secrets at 10:15am, returns around 3:30pm.

What to bring/wear: swimsuit, comfortable walking shoes; bring money for souvenirs or pictures.

Important Notes: Maximum weight: 250lb. Not available for those with severe physical handicaps, heart disease, pregnant women. Additional advisories: No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed; not recommended for those with claustrophobia. Avoid use of sun block, bug repellent, excessive make-up, etc. Cameras not allowed in the caverns.
